I must fast forward & hit highlights now as I am simply enamored with this place & have been here at least weekly now for the 5 months I have lived here. What is brunch without rich, hot, smooth coffee & mimosas?! Right?! Trust, they delivered with a twist which is now branded beautifully into my breakfast brunch montage here!!! I shall not whisper, I shall not speak low but, yet boldly proclaim: " Life is lusterless until you enlighten with their Lavender Mimosas!!" felt like entering into rays of glorious, cheery, vanilla waffle, bacon & coffee smelling fantasia. I knew it must be scandalously good as it was Sunday at 1 pm & there was a crowd surrounding the restaurant without grimace or dismay, patiently waiting their turn.,Īlthough, prepared to chat with the local patrons & yet practice masked social distancing we rejoiced when we're summoned in 1/4th of the time quoted. Swept away like Scarlet as the first restaurant I tried after arriving to Bentonville. I want my food to be fresh and served at the correct temperature. Of all the places in NWA to eat breakfast, this one DOESN'T make my top 20. Very limited parking, very limited waiting space, and small dining area. They were clearly overworked and most likely not making much money with limited table turn over. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bc the staff was very nice and friendly. The call in orders seemed to be doing well but they also seemed to take priority over the dine in guests. Not a smart idea if you're a restaurant with limited hours, limited space, limited staff, and a limited capacity. They are not good at rotating the clientele through so several groups were just sitting and chatting for hours after they had finished their meal. It was way too crowded even if there wasn't a pandemic going on. Most people were leaving and coming back around the time their table was ready. The wait was outrageous and there didn't seem to be a way to order a drink while we waited. Food was okay at best and my entire meal was cold(shrimp and grits). Not what I was expecting and a little disappointing. ![]()
